Taylor Bradham
Intellectual Property Attorney
Taylor focuses his practice on several areas of patent law. He performs patent counseling, including shaping client portfolios by drafting and successfully prosecuting patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Taylor also assists with all areas of patent litigation. He has a technical background in engineering and experience working with various software and electrical technologies.
Prior to joining CMB, Taylor worked as an IP Associate at a world-renowned IP law firm.
In addition to counseling clients regarding patent prosecution in the USPTO, Taylor also provides clients with legal opinions regarding patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity, and noninfringement issues.
