Saba Daneshvar 

Intellectual Property Attorney

Saba focuses his practice on several areas of patent law, including patent litigation, patent prosecution, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has a technical background in civil engineering and experience working with various mechanical technologies.

 Prior to joining CMB, Saba sharpened his intellectual property (IP) skills by working as an IP Associate at a world-renowned IP law firm, and as a patent examiner extern at the USPTO.

 Prior to becoming an Intellectual Property Attorney, Saba worked in many different sectors of the engineering industry.  As a project controls engineer in the oil, gas and chemical industry, he played a role in the management and construction of multi-billion dollar liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant projects. As a civil engineer, Saba help various companies design, plan and build residential, roadway, and bridge construction projects.
